Kirsty Jenkins
I came across horses as a young child and have been around them ever since. My experiences have varied: schooling naughty riding school ponies, delivering foals, prepping Thoroughbred yearlings for sales, assisting vets, leading trail rides, teaching people, gentling mustangs, riding reiners, rehabbing rescue horses. I hope the list never continues to grow. I have a Higher National Diploma (UK) in Horse Management and am a Monty Roberts Certified Instructor.
When I am not playing with horses you might find me: reading voraciously, walking, swimming, traveling (anywhere, anytime), eating, drinking, sleeping, learning, lost (no sense of direction, makes traveling more interesting), with friends, doing yoga.
Growing up in Scotland gave me a great love for my country . . . and made me really appreciate the weather when I moved to California.
